Eh. I'm not sure it'll come out to anywhere else but Japan considering Ys: Ark's success.

you can play em on PC completely translated I and II come in the same set.

I have strong reasons to believe that it will come to US and Europe, since less intresting games have made it out from Japan and this one is a game that it will sell high outside Japan!

Eh. Falcom doesn't localize the games for here often. There was Gurumin but before that was like on SNES. Ys: Ark was localized by Konami.
