Title: Old schooler missed alot
Post by: Xenotech on October 26, 2007, 04:47:04 PM
Ok I was a huge fan of CV 1,2 and 3 back in the day and I played the snes remake a little. I missed alot then played SOTN and lament of inosence a bit after. I just got DoS and loved it.

I really liked DoS because I got to play as Alucard(my fav all time character), a Belmont and a Belnades. Soma also pwns :D

Now my question to all you is what games have I missed that are a must for any CV fan :)

Well, since it just came out Dracula X Chronicles for the PSP if you have one. It's a game that was never released in the States until now and it's the prequel to SotN (which is unlockable after beating the game).

Also if you ca find it pick up the Castlevania Double Pack for the gameboy advance. It has Harmony of Dissonance which is alright, and Aria of Sorrows which is the Prequel to Dawn of Sorrows. It's a good find

The Castlevania Double pack which features Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of sorrow. Both are a must. That, or get them in separate GBA cartridges.

Also, the N64 CV game called Legacy of Darkness. NOT the original n64 one though...that one sucked...

Also, pick up Curse of Darkness so you can see what happens after Castlevania III. You'll like that one if you can ignore some of the bland later stages...
