Looks like a homebrew on the first screen.
And the tune is a re-arrangement of Clockwork Mansion version B.

That homebrew on the first screen before seeing the familier SCV4, is Super Vampirekiller (though it goes by a new title now).

Yeah. That's Super Vampire Killer. Too bad we never got to finish it. It was looking really fantastic.

Our coder, Obreck decided to to just cut contact with everyone and begin working on shitty MUGEN characters. We found another coder, Neo Belmont but I haven't seen him around here for years now. I think he got married, and left for good. The next build was going to have a graveyard, treasury, and colosseum stage done by me, a lake bridge stage done by Ralph, and a Dwelling of Doom (Mansion from CV2) stage done by Obrech.

Each stage had new enemies, and bosses including Pazuzu, Rondo Minotaur, Zaphf Bat, Galamoth, Doppleganger, etc..

Yeah. It is sad.

EDIT: Also new characters like Leon, Soma, and Alucard.
