Title: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night on Sega Saturn Question?
Post by: Fahrenheit on August 11, 2010, 03:34:27 PM
Anyone who knows Japanese or plays the game a lot will probably have the answer to this one...

HOW DO YOU BRING UP THE MAP!?

I think in Maria and Richter mode there's one way and in Alucard's mode there's another. Since the Sega Saturn has no select button, I have no idea what to do! Magically, I was able to bring up the map a few times in Maria/Richter's mode, but was never able to do it again and had no idea how I did it. PLEASE help me with this problem, I can't play then game properly without knowing!

Also, I've searched this to death on Google, nothing. There's no FAQ in English specifically for the Saturn version that I could find, either.

Wow, uh...Thanks. :P I remember pausing and pressing every button, but it turns out you have to hold it DOWN a bit.
