Title: What is Rob Zombie doing in Castlevania?

After finding some free time from building a trivia list for an obscure Castlevania character nobody cares about (http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Angela), I started playing Harmony of Despair again.  I was on Chapter 5 when I noticed this curiosity:

I would say Henry is more obscure than Angela..

and Rob Zombie appeared on the cover of CotM

I like how Harmony of Despair Level 5 has some rifts of Rob Zombie's "Superbeast" lol! Great stuff I noticed

You know, I've been trying to figure out where I heard thsi beat before for days now since I downloaded the updated fan rip fo the game. Holy crap. I's just liek the Ys game rippng off Malmsteen's Far Beyond the Sun.

Not everything HAS to be a rip-off it could have-course just be a coincidence that the same chords are used.
Not saying that it wasn't just saying it is a possibility....

Hehe. It's something friends and I noticed, and I knew some other people online had speculated on a connection as well. It's of course not an exact transcription, but it is very similar. It's also just a short part from both songs, they clearly differ otherwise. I've always wondered if Yngwie was inspiration of if it was just coincidence. It would be a pretty crazy coincidence though, because there's more than just chords that make them similar (I don't actually know if the chords are the same?). :)
