Patrick Stewart did a decent job but did anybody else long for Sean Connery during Zobek's speeches?

What I meant was would anybody else have preferred Sean Connery to voice Zobek instead of Patrick Stewart? Zobek's character model reminds me of Connery and I think it would have been more fitting if he voiced him.

I'd rather there be no VA for the between levels dialogue. As for the character....Stewart did fine so I'd have to disagree with you.

Zobek was actually modeled a bit after Sean Connery according to Cox. But you know, Connery is retired and all.

I think it was fine, I think Zobek certainly looks more like Connery. Makes me think of Ramirez from Highlander actually, very close.

Yeah he looks like Connery's character from Highlander.  You know, "Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez".

Try playing Princes of the Universe in the LoS final battle, see what happens.  I played "Who Wants To Live Forever" during the ending, it made it extra sad.

Zobek is a creepy stalker. I mean, I know he was making sure everything went according to plan and all, but in one of his diary readings, the one before the Cornell fight, Zobek says, "Gabriel has fought LONG and HARD to get to this point, and now he faces his STIFFEST challenge."

That is an exact quote. Then later he talks about how Gabriel has "become so dark, so beautiful."
