There's no point in making an unnatural pepper that strong for human consumption, heck the habenero at times is strong enough to barely stand. I remember an old friend of mine had a bush of those in his yard, I decided to take a bite and nearly passed out from how hot it was.

I think these guys are just pushing the envelope to see how far they can go with this. While I do like to eat spicy foods, I find that if it's too spicy, it kills the flavor I'm trying to enjoy.

Indeed... And for me they've long surpassed that. This is a bit ridiculous... atleast for super spicy lovers, hella ridiculous for the rest of us.

I made salsa from the Bhut Jolokia back when it had the record. The fact that there is anything hotter than it is incredible.

Why would anyone want to put that in their mouth? Definitely not good for your taste buds.
