Ok, so

What if Carrie was bitten during her battle with Camilla (the evil Fernandez cousin; not the recurring CV boss), and then Actrise manipulated Carrie into unleashing her own growing vampiric rage so she kills Camilla and replaces her as Actrise's Vampire Chick sidekick? You know, sort of like the Count Dooku thing in Revenge of the Sith, but vampires.
On second thought, how about if Camilla weren't killed at all after biting Carrie, and Actrise simply waited until the vampire disease consumed Carrie before using both Camilla and Evil Carrie as her servants?
How do you think that would work out?

But Carmilla's not in Castlevania64 or LoD... or do you mean just, in general, with all characters? 'cuz I'd like to think Shanoa is a descendant of Carrie (which would make Shanoa a type of Belnades/Fernandez).

You know the name is actually supposed to be Fernandez apparently. Belnades was a huge localization fuckup not uncommon for back in the day.
Which means, Carrie has ironically the only correct translation of the name.
Anyway, as long as we are talking about Our Female characters becoming vampires and essentially having a BAD END, (which as we all know,can happen in Dracula X chronicles and ALMOST happened in Symphony only to be not implemented)

Oddly enough, the musical piece that plays during that cutscene is called "Sypha".

During the game development she was supposed to be Sypha resurrected by Actrise but in the end they decided to change it for a Carrie's cousin called Camilla... Maybe is just because of that, like some kind of tribute or something...

Yeah I do recall that. And I think that's why the name has no 'r'. Coincidentally, it's also a recurring error from back in Simon's Quest days.

Well aside from Carmilla, the name Camilla is also correct. My mom knows a Camilla here in town. In terms of a "What if" scenario, I think it's interesting. But doesn't CV64/LoD already have a bad ending? I heard that if you fail to reach the final area within the given timeframe, then you'd fight against Charlie Vincent. Once he's down, you'd proceed to fight the count himself. But you would not fight his second form, rather, he would become Malice after the first round and he would try to court Carry. So I could see an adult Malice biting an adult carry which would make her into his vampire lover. :-X
