Title: What is the origin of these LoI artwork sketches?

Below are multiple art pieces I've never seen in any collection of the LoI art range..If anyone could help me knowing their sources I would be very greatful!

I'm not exactly sure, but maybe they're from this

or they could be from the official LoI guidebook [Japanese]

I've seen pictures of that Castlevania History Book cover before, but does any body have any scans or info of whats inside? I've been curious for awhile
