There all pretty cheesy.  I chose LoI.  Also, it's the only one I ever saw on tv and that's saying something considering how much tv I watch, especially when I was a kid.

By the way, you forgot the option:

LoI is actually pretty badass. The rest are all really cheesy. SCVIV jpn commercial takes the cake for crazy though.

I liked the one for Order of Ecclesia. The song was pretty epic and it was cool seeing the artworks move around like they were alive. It's too bad I never got to play it. :(

I thought the CV64 one was pretty good.

Whats with the LOS one? does anyone know the translation?

LOL! I laughed so hard at SCVIV. The SotN one was disappointing, considering that the game itself is so stylish.
For some reason I liked the Simon's Quest, especially the boy's expression haha.
I guess LOI is the most tolerable one.

They are all pretty nice, but i liked the Castlevania N64 most, because of the way it presents the vampire hunter getting ready with the equipment!!!

Personally, I liked the LoS E3 trailers from a while back. Never saw the one up there.

i totally forgot about that LoI one, when i saw "LoI" on the list, I immediately thought of the very odd Japanese one with the Chick dressed as Leon.
