It's a hack of the japanese version, of castlevania Adventure!!! If anyone wants the rom, just send me a pm.

That looks like Hugh from CotM. Is that only thing different with the hack?

The character design, most enemies, the back grounds and all of the items, are graphically redesign!!!

Is it avaliable for any play-without-downloading mediums? Also is its text Japanese or English?

I don't think it really matters if the text is in Japanese. I almost always play the Japanese version of SCV4 for instance.

I just meant the menus and etc, I want to know what options I'm running with and what I'm equipping and what I need to do.

Yeah it looks like Nathan Graves is the hero in that hack.
Reminds me of the Ky-Ra hack of Castlevania Legends where Sonia and all of the enemies are redesigned (and improved).

This game doesn't have menus, it's old school game play and the only text it has, is the title screen. All you need to play it, is an emulator and the rom!!! ;) You can search on google for the emulator and for the rom, i can send it to you, me. Harrycombs, check your pm inbox!!!  :)
