I noticed that some Castlevania soundtracks are in the multimedia section in this site and I would like to know - are this soundtracks legal to download?

Does anybody have the DXC soundtrack yet?  Not to share/download, I just want to know what's on the second disc.  And what does the second Cemetary sounds like on the first disc? (I saw the name on the tracklist at Play-Asia.)
