I've lost my fair share of pets over the years. Loved them dearly, and my dog who is now 7 and epileptic is quite the gentleman. If I let him, he'd hog my whole bed for himself, wouldn't change that for anything.

R.I.P. Beanz. But don't worry too much. All dogs go to heaven  ;)

My mother's dog Pongo was put down only just last summer. He was 18 and a half years old so I pretty much knew him since first starting junior high school. The morning he was put down he went through three seizures in less then four hours and that's when we knew it was time. And also his mind was slowly decaying as well as being almost blind so it wouldn't have matter either way. The only thing that would've outlasted his body would have been his heart. Even at 18 and a half years, it was still going on strong.
