The topics are all light purple or something.... The links, I mean, which include topics, and such.
It's really throwing me off.

nope not just you... I noticed it too and thought I was goin blind til I clicked a topic and noticed it against the normal txt color. I kinda like it tho

I dunno if I like it... I feel like I'm going blind like you said... it's making my eyes kind of tired looking at it.

I think it's a rose purple or faded purple. But yeah I noticed this to and thought my eyes are getting worse then before Xp This your color scheme Jorge?

The virus from the previous server, where all the forum was purple, has started to spread here...........

Haha, no your eyes are not going weird.
The "Links" color has changed from BBBBBB (a shade of gray) to a light lavender shade, because some people haven't been able to tell what's a link from what's regular text (unless they hover the mouse over a link). This affects all normal links in the forum.
If you have a different suggestion for the link color, let me know.

That is MUCH better imo. :)
The top is still purple though, in case you didn't intentionally kept it purple. The forum folder listing.

Why is everything so yellow? My eyes hurt.

I was wondering what was going on. Last night I was on a different laptop and I thought the purple was just the laptop being weird. Then I get back on the normal one this morning and it was yellow. I was so confused. :'(

This gold is much worse than the purple.

Meh, Gold is much better, and much easier to read.... It just doesn't fit with all the other colors.

Okay.... so you guys have confirmed that I cannot please everyone.
I don't mind if it's gold or lavender, but the fact is, gray links don't really differentiate themselves from regular text on posts, so the question still remains.
And yes, this affects 'all' links, including links within the forum itself.

Why not just use underlines?

There are underlines when you hover over a link already.
Remember that it affects the forum links too, so there'd be a slew of underlines even in the forum presentation links.

It was not by MY hand that the links are once again given COLOR! They were posted here by MEMBERS who wish to bring me ENTERTAINMENT!
Those links are as empty as my wallet! The dungeon ill-needs a 404 NOT FOUND such as this!

It was.... then someone complained about not being able to tell the difference. Then it got changed to this DASTARDLY color. Then people complained abuot the yellow/goldish color, which I didn't mind though it clashed with purple.... it made it clear what's what and doesn't make it seem like you''re going blind. So it's back to this ewwie color.

Actually right now, it seems better... not as bad as when it changed the first time.
I can live with this.
EDIT: Just realized... it might also be my laptop's screen, which is different than my desktop.

People really complained about the previous link color being indistinguishable from regular text? Must be slightly color blind. :p
The purple on black/gray makes my eyes tweak out, to be honest.

Exactly why I didn't like the purple. It seems to be a bit less annoying right now, but that's cuz i'm on my laptop, possibly.
Yep.... it was the laptop, this purple still kill my eyes on my desktop. ???

Lets go with the ugly old colors from the Forumplanet days, green and white haha. Then the complaints would really roll in.
