I thought this topic was gonna be about a 3DS game >:(

Nevertheless Crisis is happy. I shall commemorate this occasion with Belmont-themed cupcakes, Psycho Warrior blasting thru my boombox & overall joyfulness for my favorite Game Boy game  ;D

There is almost nothing wrong with this game. The difficulty makes us happy, awe-inspiring music, dramatic story & kick-ass box art. If you don't like this game then I question your loyalty to CV & will troll the shit out of you until you acknowledge it's excellence amongst the pantheon of not only CV, but handheld gaming overall!!!!

And here I thought that Konami had finally confirmed that the Alucard 360/PS3 Castlevania game was finally going to be released.

Got my hopes up for nothing I suppose lol.

Geese guys, I need SOMETHING to make people to look at my topics. What else is better than false advertising? It worked with LoS.  :-X

Konami: What "Alucard 360/PS3" game? We've never heard of it.

Dracula Densetsu 2. Cant recall if it's the second NES title or the second Gameboy title. Either way happy 20th anniversary  :)

Lame. I though this would be some kind of news on a new game or something. Thanks for getting my hopes up.

Dang it...

I'll rejoice as soon as I see a version of Sotn with both extra stages, Maria and Richter playable at the start and not on a hand held, not hacked and that happens to be in English. That's all I ever wanted out of CV since 1998. So simple.

With the stretched sprites and tiles too? It is so simple indeed.

Lose the stretched sprites and tiles and give it the full use of transparencies like the PSX version. Then we'd have a winner.

Not to sound stupid, but... what are you talking about? Seriously I don't have a clue :(

Not yet. Change the third hand button to open the map button and put in an accurate Richter's alternate costume AND remove the slowdown.

Then we'd truly have a winner in 1998.

Good call I almost forgot about that. I suppose wouldn't hurt to add all the extra items that are found in NitM especially those speed boots Alucard gets after fighting Richter. With Maria I'd like to see the sprite that was used in the psp version with all the abilities of the NitM and psp. The finishing touch would be a special features menu that includes all the music tracks(including NitM bonus tracks), and the Kojima artwork. Unless there is something else to add?
