Wow. The one thought that popped into my head upon watching this video was Castlevania: Bram Stoker's Dracula. The hero could easily be Quincy P. Morris since he's all dressed up in that American mid-western getup.

The first thing that popped into my mind was Castlevania meets Bayou Billy. I think because of the kicking, and the knife.

I love the ol school cut scenes! The boss music is cool too even though the boss itself seemed to be pretty easy...

Looks well put together and fun! I agree with Jorge that the music is awesome. The music and overall feel really reminds me of Turbo Duo/PC Engine games from the 90's (not just the obvious Dracula X but the Valis series as well).

I'm gonna hunt for the download myself but somebody feel free to link it here if I fail, okay? ;)
