Yes Luca... but Luca Blight, not Lucca from Chrono Trigger. I'm not sure who Lucia is... maybe Lunar 2?

Well, it was actually me who requested Kefka vs Luca Blight in that other thread! But this is not Luca :( Anyway, I voted Kefka in this poll. Never played enough of Suikoden 3 to know too much about this Lucia chic...

^^^ Actually, Lucia first appeared in Suikoden 2 as a sort of bounty hunter/assassin hired by the villains. In Suikoden 3, she's actually a hero.

I still don't get the comparisons, though. Lucia's nothing like Kefka(in Suikoden 2, she's cold and cunning, but in Suikoden 3, she's the main hero's tough yet ever loving mommy). Luca Blight would be a better candidate.
