Title: underworld movie review
Post by: FerryMANsAJEDI on March 05, 2012, 06:43:09 AM
I am a film nerd and love to do movie reviews so I figured I would post a link to the review I did about the new underworld movie(3D).

Underworld Awakening(3D) Review (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xouwzs4wNe4#)

Underworld is hardly a horror series. Your review is therefore invalid.

Since your limiting yourself to only one genre your opinion is invalid.  It' an Action horror Series, what would you categorize it then?

My one question:

Does Kate Beckinsale get naked?

In 3D?

Or in any of the movies for that matter?

I saw the first one and liked it all right, but was a little pissed I never heard the soundtrack's Skinny Puppy song anywhere in the movie.

Level out, man. I was just fucking around. I honestly didn't listen to any of it past the first ten seconds, and I also didn't think you'd take me seriously.

That said, I don't think the film held up to the action movie standard of Evolution, and the story wasn't as interesting as Rise of the Lycans.
It's an okay movie, but it kind of fails to meet either bar that the previous films had established.
Thank GOD it wasn't as tedious as the first film though.

Sorry it was a long weekend, I usually don't take things seriously, just one of them days I guess.

Rise of the Lycans is definitely then high point in the series for sure.  Since it balanced everything perfectly, Plus Seeing vampires in a setting where I think they truly belong that midevil period was great to see.
