I was a little kid, okay? Of course, now he will always be Raul Julia in my mind. No changing that.

When I first played a Mega Man game, before beating it, I imagined Dr. Wily would be a slickly dressed business guy with black hair and a goatee. So, more a combination of Mr. X from Streets of Rage and Karman Cole from Art of Fighting 3, than the cartoon Albert Einstein we got.

Still love Dr. Wily though.
