Context? Looks like Alucard wearing dad's clothes?

Is this official artwork, or just really good fanart?

This picture is ooooooold. I saved this on my HD like 5 or 6 years ago, maybe even longer.

It looks like he didn't make it, he uploaded the picture to his scrapbook with a character description and says at the end:

I recall seeing this picture on one of my Google searchs long ago, I think it's from a japanese artist.

Regarding the art's subject, considering the fact that you can indeed equip Dracula's Tunic (don't really remember the exact name) in SotN...

Oh that thing that fell of from the Librarian.

There should've been a picture of Alucard wearing the Axe Armor.
