What's in the basement? Oh, nothing special, sir. Just some highly-enriched uranium. Oh, and a small nuclear reactor.
So, now that we know that Kodak was secretly performing nuclear experiments, which other commercial companies do you think are producing atomic weapons in their basements? ;D

wow. This is somewhat troubling considering that any number of commercial businesses could have the same thing under their own buildings. Even if they aren't pumping out enough energy to light just one bulb, the effects of a 'dirty bomb' would be disastrous.
