Since I noticed that the main website has rather a lot of them (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/media.html), I decided to check them out.
I generally like most of them.
Even the HORRIBLE Dracula Perfect Selection (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/dracperf.html) (rap album).
The ones that are great stand on their greatness. The ones that are awful (Dracula Perfect Selection and it's ilk) are still corny enough to salvage some enjoyment out of the experience.
The only genuinely terrible one listed on the main site is probably Dracula X: Remixies (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/remixes.html), which is so thoughtlessly 'composed' that it scarcely resembles music at all.
The Battle (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/dracbatl.html)albums (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/dracbatl2.html)are fantastic, and rightly a staple of many fangames. The Dracula Midi Collection (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/dracmidi.html) is well worth a listen, if only for the first half's remixes. The Dracula New Classic (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/newclassic.html) album is probably the best on that list.
My personal favorite though is MIDI Power Pro 6: Dracula X (http://www.castlevaniadungeon.net/Media/powerpro6.html), despite the odd name. Were it not on Midi synths, it might even improve Symphony's OST. As it stands, it's still a fun listen, and I love the arrangements, especially "Festival of Servants/Wood Carving Partita" which brings a boss tune and a decidedly not boss tune together to make a BETTER boss tune.
For those who have yet to take the time to download some of those soundtracks (tedious process), I think you'll find it well worth the time. Konami needs to reissue these. Though they won't. 'cuz they're KONAMI.

The albums you've mentioned in your post are downloadable here on the Dungeon's Soundtracks page. I've got some of them on my PC. At least the ones that interest me.

NO YOU'RE HORRIBLE

They're all pretty good, except the RAP one.
Also, take a listen to the two Tribute albums release last year, they're worth a listen (though some arrangements are not that good IMO).

If it's not on my playlist, (http://trollz1lla.angelfire.com/playlist.html) it's terrible.

Awesome albums, shame they were never re-ripped and made available in a more download-friendly manner.
I think I got most of them at 192kbps or higher from the FF Shrine forums. (Never visit the site attached to the board; it used to have so much malware, I doubt it's any different now.) I know I scored the Dracula Battle albums at that quality anyway.

Are the recent tribute albums an arrangement CDs too?. I need to find a way to listen them.

Someone posted a link of those a while back. They might still be available.

I'm pretty sure they're still on YouTube.
