Is it possible to save all four prisoners in one playthrough?

Yes it is possible

*Correction* err wait actually I guess its not possible because saving Maria puts you on the path to stage 3 which would take you off the path.

My mistake.

How? As far as I understood in order to get to alternate stages (where two prisoners are held), you need to fall into pit before you get to the prison cell with Maria.
If you know how, please, explain. I really curious about that.

You can save the three older girls in one run but you'll have to skip Maria to do so.
