I remember seeing this vid some months ago. To me that man is not Simon. Simon had a particular look to him. He was in essence the epitome of a manly man while the dude in the video comes off as somewhat frail and all cloaked up like the guy in Assassin's Creed. I'm glad the idea never panned out cause it would just not have worked well in my mind.
