Will there be another 2D Castlevania game anytime soon or is Konami going to continue producing only 3D?  Thanks.

Mirror of Fate is 2.5D with some 3D.

Nothing has been announced, we can only speculate at this point.

We can only wait and see when Mercury Steam's tenure with Castlevania ends with Lords of Shadow 2.

I certainly hope so, 2D Castlevania simply needs to live.
