I think all of the funniest game moments came from RE1 (along with some of the first scary moments)
In the music room we have this scene:
"It's me, Chris!"
*Rebecca waves*
*Chris waves*
*Rebecca stands 2 feet away from Chris*
"Is that you, Rebecca!?"
hahaha man that never gets old.

Conker: Beardy? But you haven't got a beard.
Birdy: No. Birdy. I scare birdies.

And while not particularly funny I think of this quote normally every day also from Gothic 1 "That was a good hit!"

Raiden getting peed on by one of the gaurds in Metal Gear Solid 2. It even vibrates your controller!

What about, right after that scene, when you shoot Luis so many times, he gets pissed off and kills you. I did that by accident when it happened to me, if I recall correctly, (There were las plagas-hosts all over the place) and I just stared at the screen with WTF written all over my face...
