Title: Miss Kojima a Black Jack fan?

Huh, didn't know that she was one. Anyway, found this during a recent Danbooru escapade. How old is this thing really?

A Black Jack fan? No one would of thought of that,then again,this picture can refer to many other things other that.

No one would have imagined that a Japanese artist would have been a fan of Osamu Tezuka's works?

Considering it is a picture of Dr. Black Jack I would say that it is directly, and entirely, in reference to it.
