So I write for a website called "Original Sound Version" that does reviews of all sorts of genres of video game music, from indie to chiptunes to full-blown official OST's.
Seeing as it was Halloween, I asked my editor if I could post a review or two of some of the old Castlevania arranged albums from early-mid 90's. He decided we should do an entire week dedicated to the various soundtracks of Castlevania over the past 25 years!
But enough talk.

Dracula Battle: Perfect Selection (http://www.originalsoundversion.com/castlevania-week-dracula-battle-perfect-selection-review/)
I'll update it as we release the reviews, in case anyone is interested. Feel free to suggest stuff here, if you'd like. I know of a lot of the stuff coming down the line, plus others I'll be doing. We'll also be releasing an exclusive interview with Yamashita.
Feel free to let me know if I'm full of shit with any of my critiques, also. (With reason, of course....or you'll just be dismissed as a trite dick)

Cool. I was just thinking yesterday how the music in Castlevania is one of it's defining features as a series.
