Well they won't be able to destroy all the copies due to some people already owning them. And those owners are probably going to hide them until a set amount of time elapses before they release it in rom format on the internet. Even if the US courts order those owners to destroy their copies I doubt everyone will go along with it. Something always slips by unnoticed.

The order was stupid. Didn't they pay for the license? Even if the later games were "illegal" Too Human should not be right? WTF?
