It will have all the DLC Wii U is getting, except all included on disk (also a digital release too).
So there will be 100 co-op missions, 4 playable characters, more weapons, more modes (like Chapter Challenge),
and more. :)

Hmm not sure where they got 100 missions from. the 42 missions plus 25 new missions equals 67 missions,
unless they have yet to update more, Wii U recently received more co-op DLC missions, so those will be
included to the PS3/Xbox360 versions.

ah I think that list features the current content, not taking into account the present DLC Wii U is adding,
which is also going to be included to the other consoles Razor's Edge versions.
Sigma 2 co-op had some of the best Ninja Gaiden moments. ;D
I would get this mostly for the online co-op and chapter challenge features.

I really wish that we got this version of NG3 the first time 'round. I was disappointed with it's first release and felt that it was 'missing' things that it should've had. I do hope that we can get some health potions in the version as that was one of the things lacing in the other.

Realistically, I don't think NG3 could have achieved, in a single attempt,
the level of content, features and refinement Razor's Edge has reached (that will be even better with
the complete PS3 and Xbox360 Razor's Edge launch versions. )
It took a NG3 to unite the feedback of players and the realization of Team Ninja, to
learn and improve from there. So I really respect Team Ninja's dedication to at least
right the wrongs instead of shutting themselves from the fanbase completely like most companies.
And in this learning process, they in fact created something better than a NG3, which will be further
enhanced by the PS3/Xbox360 versions combining all of those improvements and added content,
resulting in the definitive Ninja Gaiden 3.

I played the crap out of Ninja Gaiden Sigma, but skipped the second one and heard that the third one was shit. This new version looks like a lot of fun, though. I just wish there was more than one male playable character.. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm sorry. I just don't like playing as these skimpy looking false proportioned women. :-X

Skimpy? Their costumes aren't any skimpier than Ryu's ass tight and bare chested costumes. ;D and besides, the women have costumes like this Momiji costume

Well okay Ayane's set of costumes are sexy, but there's nothing wrong with looking sexy in a ninja fight.

Even by Ninja Gaiden art direction standards, the women in Ninja Gaiden have natural proportions.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge is getting a demo on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 today (tomorrow in Europe), and will allow you to play as both Ryu and Ayane in their own separate stages, Tecmo Koei announced this morning.
Additionally, the demo will also allow you to unlock Kasumi as a playable character. You’ll also be able to unlock a Chapter Challenge mode that lets you use the characters in each other’s stages, after you complete both the Ryu and Ayane stages. Ryu’s takes place in a desert in Dubai, while Ayane’s takes place in Paris.
While the demo initially allows you to play only on Hero and Normal difficulty levels, you can also unlock the Hard and Master Ninja levels.
Finally, all Karma and Ninja Skills acquired in the demo can be transferred to the full version of Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, which will be released on April 2nd in North America and April 5th in Europe.

Hmm.. I guess some of those costumes are alright. Had no idea there was a demo coming out today. I'll be sure to download it. I wish they would bring back Jaquio.
