I am a professional critic and I have been working in this profession for over 15 years. Participate in a regional magazine of digital entertainment, with plans to open a page on the net, and I take my knowledge to arrive at this forum to share my wisdom with objectivity. Pure objectivity. All feel free to ask any questions about any Castlevania game, which from my point of view objective and professional answer.

Translated and uploaded all my reviews Castlevania over the years I've done, plus 6 other reviews of games to offer an overview. I've written for the magazine where I work over 100 reviews, and as many 500 unpublished.
I hope you enjoy my reviews.
-
Not sure you needed to make separate threads for each review. I think that constitutes as spam.
-
Actually, I only saw like five of these topics. I didn't know YOU FLOODED A WHOLE PAGE AND A HALF with these reviews.
Sorry, bub, but I don't enjoy your reviews or your spammy self-promotion.

I smell a ban...

Is your avatar your real-life photo?

You could have just made ONE thread yo.
-
Definitely getting some legit laughs out of me : p
Probably best not to overdo it, though. Then it won't even be funny anymore.
-
Normally I am lenient but the mass thread flood that expanded over the first page has tried my patience. This is your only warning in this regard, do not make over a dozen threads in succession about the same topic for this constitutes as mass spamming. If you want to post your reviews link a website with them, or contain them all within a single thread.
-
Any true professional critic should know their audience, boundaries, and the value of staggered releases...
Who are you again?
-
My apologies, I will post my reviews all together in a single theme.
I wanted to put each review separately so that I could respond to each game separately.
No, I am not a spam bot, working in a regional magazine for more than 15 years.
I have plans website, but so far nothing, keep trying to make myself a place among critics, is not easy.
I will post my reviews of Castlevania, and other topic the other games, to offer a glimpse of what I do, and I would like as many users as possible to discuss seriously read them with people who enjoys this series, like me.
Apologies also for an error, but my original reviews are in Spanish, if someone wants the original reviews in Spanish I can send you the.
At one time, when you find them on my other hard drive, I'll post that were not posted, which are those of Castlevania: Judgment, Harmony of Despair, Lords of Shadows and Mirror of Fate.
This time I posted the oldest.
Please, if you can, find the time to read and discuss. It's what makes my profession of critical love, the power to reach many people and exchange views based on objectivity.
Many greetings and I hope my relationship with other fans in this place will be fruitful in the future.

Hmm. I'm always intrigued when people claim that they're "objective" in their reviewing of games. I did work as a video game journalist a few years ago and all my reviews were 100% subjective. That's what a review is IMO. Otherwise I might as well just copy/paste something from wikipedia.

I am totally with you!
I think "objectivity", if there is such a thing, is useless when it comes to art.
I am a person who feels passion all the time, like to cry with movies, get emotional when hearing certain kind of music or moved when reading certain kind of poetry or literature.
Art must be taken with feelings, using the heart above all.
Art is also for the brain, but it is mainly for the soul.
Also, it bores me when I talk with someone who tries to be or think to be objective, because I am more interested in the opinion of each person than in some kind of "universal truth" that I ultimately don't care at all about, because, when all is said and done, the only thing that matters to me when I'm playing a game, is the fact that I like it MYSELF. If it's a game with low scores everywhere but I ENJOY IT, who cares?
And I believe we all feel like that.

Objectivity does exist, but it takes a lot of knowledge and never be swayed by feelings. The passion must be suppressed, the logic must be prioritized.
A good journalist never lets his personal opinion moves to its writing.
-
Just a question on journalism in general.
Is there really such a thing as objective journalism?
Is there even an objective human being?

Yup, it's Sumac "reborn."
Or a Sumac impersonator.
-
I am objective. I don't know what is a sumac.

Just as there is no perfect human being, there is no such thing as a perfectly objective view, as humans have feelings and preferences that can't be shut off completely. Even if one suppresses them, they can still affect one's judgment without the person realizing it.
-
You must study to do that. That's why I always emphasize the importance of being a professional critic.

I am objective. I don't know what is a sumac.
A gremlin from Russia that accusses its victims of not accepting change and being fanboys.
-
@ Nagumo: If this is a joke I do not understand, or did not play that game.

I am objective. I don't know what is a sumac.
The evolution that you are going to achieve if you continue the way you are.

I understand at this time that my reviews are not understood because I use unconventional language, with words arranged and literary. Instead, my other questions are best translated by the translator internet, and that has allowed us to reach a better understanding with the other members of this community who like say it Castlevania.
