Discovered this by accident, someone knew about this before?
Pac Man and the Ghostly Adventures 105 All You Can Eat 720p) [iQ] (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ql4RrxJVQM#ws)

Never seen nor heard of this before. ???

It's odd that they don't advertise this, considering they were initially pusing it when they were going to do the whole "new Pac-Man" thing with the upcoming game. Doesn't it air on Disney XD or something? Talk about flying under the radar!

Knew about it, watched one episode, vowed to never watch another, IMO a horrible show, didn't like it.

It's like Pacman on steroids.

Odd enough, it's extremely juvenile, hokey, and the designs of some of the friends seem to be inspired by what's "hip"(or was influenced by a focus group or two). That being said, oddly enough, there's something I LIKE about it. The only thing I don't care for is the whole "futuristic city" thing. I guess I always imagined them living in something more modern-village-y like in the 80s cartoon and the Pac-Man World games, though in the end, the futuristic city isn't much of a problem. I like the fact they play the classic game songs(I noticed the interlude theme) in certain parts of the episode.

I would like to see a Pacman reboot with RPG elements fleshed out character development & tragic storyline, no?

No. Tragedy has no place in Pacman.

I had no problem with the city. It's the voice that got me. I've always thought of Pacman as being middle aged and he sounds like a young teen here.

Pac-Man World is pretty tragic to me, atleast until you rescue someone xD

I think you got a point. I wouldn't want a middle-aged man's voice, but I think, had they switched his voice with is friend(the one Sam Vincent voices), it would've been more fitting. Something a little older. He's giving me a Naruto-vibe.
Visually, the female Pac-girl with the odd "Neon Hipster-Goth" look(Is that even a thing? Let's just say that's what she is.) is the strangest of the bunch. The citizens of the Pac-city(is that what it's called?) look pretty normal as far as "Pac-people" are concerned. The Mayor, the news reporter, that jock guy, as well as most people you see walking around, look people you can imagine live in whatever world Pac-Man's from. The ghosts are given personalities. Some are overdesigned(not the main ones), but I guess you have to do a lot to distinguish "ghosts" apart from each other, especially now since there's a "Ghost World".

This ruins everything!!! Pacman doesn't have limbs and eyes and he's supposed to be 2 dimensional and he doesn't look like a sliced pizza!! >:( >:(

This is almost more like a Pac-man prequel from the one episode I saw a piece of. Don't like that the Ghosts are "good guys" and Pinky has a crush on Pac-man. That's a little odd.

Cool, but the official artwork shows otherwise :P

IMO Pac-Man world design was one of the best.

The official art calls him Puck-man? Is that because he's shaped like a Hockey puck? I always thought that the name Pac-man worked well because he's always packing away those tiny white dots and ghosts if you get the cherries.

He was originally named Puck-man, but it was quickly changed. Even the executives realized a Puck-Man logo would be very easy to change into something ... not kid friendly.

Also, Pakkuman was called that because "pakku" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of someone eating.

I seem to remember Pinky indicating she had a crush on Pac-Man in the old series episode/special "Christmas Comes to Pac-Land" (the only episode of the old series I've seen) but it's been years since I watched that.

Why would pinky have a crush on Pac-man when all throughout the game she's tried to kill him? Or is it merely a rouse to sneak poor ol' Pac-man back to her lair and have her way with him... :-X
-
Its because he is "eating" her all the time...
