Title: General question on homebrew
Post by: Dain on February 13, 2008, 07:11:19 PM
For any of you "professional" homebrewers, where did you start with your homebrewing? I really want to try it out, I just don t know what to start teaching myself first.

Thanks!

well there's a bunch of stuff you can start with depending on what you want to do, so let me ask first: what kind of homebrew are you trying to make?
Since I am working on a 3D one but most are working on 2D ones. There's also a bunch of diffirent ways to do it depending on what you want to achieve, so the first step would be trying to answer the question what you want to create.

If you are looking to make a 2D one and you don't know how to code, I suggest using Multimedia Fusion 2 or Game Maker.
