Figured with all my whimpering and whining a while back, I'd letcha all know that I met a really sweet girl late December who shares a lot of my interests, and we've been dating since the weekend after Valentine's Day. She just met my whole fam and likes 'em. Her mom's in Texas and her dad in Iowa, so it may be a while before I get to meet them.

Never thought I'd meet a girl who shares my faith and also likes the same horror movies and synth pop/industrial music.

She got some nice bewbehz, but I don't wanna go posting pictures without her permission. :)

We went to a Gary Numan concert last Sunday and that was badazz. Previous girl woulda never done something like that with me.

She also got to meet my grandpa that day while he was conscious and talkative. He passed away last night. :(

I wish that we-told-you-so pie were key lime.

Thanks. He lived a full life at 93. This summer would have been my grandparents' 69th wedding anniversary.

He wanted to go because of all the pain he'd been experiencing. He's left behind him a legacy of love and his influence is forever imprinted on our hearts.

I hope my grandma manages well without him around.

I very recently lost my Grandmother so I know the sting all too well.

All we can do is smile at the fact they lived full lives.

May they Rest In a Peace.
