Was this song released on the Original or extended soundtracks? if so what is it's title?

Huh. Now that you mention it, I don't think that was used outside of the trailer.
If I recall, it was one of the tracks present in the demo though that were revealed when the game was dug into

It was composed for this trailer. It contains parts of "Titanic Struggle" from the OST.
It was found in the demo because the trailer was shown at the end of the demo.

Fortunately, because the trailer is otherwise almost completely silent, it's a relatively straightforward rip from any video of that trailer with even a basic ability to rip and tweak audio, and I don't even think much tweaking is needed. It is an AWESOME piece of music though, certainly grander in scope than we usually see with Castlevania music.

I like the well place "shoots" in the song, make it sound like fireworks are being fired off

I'd say that this is up there as one of my favourite pieces of Castlevania music. I never get sick of listening to it. I had hoped that it would feature in the game itself, but alas. Sadly, it was another disappointment.
