Title: Can W8.1 Phones Compete in the market?

-Runs Faster than Apple or Android, Better performance on low end devices
-Nokia Phones have high end cameras
-Resonable Price ranges
-For once, a Customizable homescreen that doesn't require hacking (see attached Image)

I dunno about the phones/tablets but I have an 8.1 dell venue 8 pro and I LOVE that thing. Its got full 8.1 tho not RT so I dont get the store drawbacks

Apple is slowly losing its market share, so I think some people would be willing to get those phones if they do not want the android ones.

Windows phones are all but dead. I know one guy who owns one and I can't imagine what would make anyone WANT one in the first place.
