Title: Castlevania: The Concert
Post by: Qwertyvania on September 21, 2014, 11:50:20 PM
Anyone know if there's a high quality recording of the concert? I've found a fair amount of the songs on YouTube, but they're still scratchy, and I've only found 1 version of Opposing (or is it divine?) Bloodlines, which is hard to hear.

To my knowledge, no. Konami asked some tracks to be removed, while some others were okay to be uploaded on YouTube (I remember hearing the Clock Tower from AoS, but it was removed shortly after).

Castlevania concert is one of the best things that happened in the Castlevania world. I wish they would release the DVD, the whole concert was recorded by the organizers. A live CD would also be great. I don`t understand why is so complicated with Konami and the rights. Why did they even ask certain tracks to be removed? Is this DVD not a profitable project? I think many fans would buy it. There are many Castlevania fans that love music from the series and we buy official sound tracks. I wanted us to make a petition, but I am not sure if it would work. What do you think? Can we try it? We can promote it here and on social networks. Castlevania concert is a dream come true for every Castlevania music lover..It deserves to be heard!

Hi, guys.

Speaking of the great Castlevania: The Concert (I saw some videos, and they are awesome to hear :D), Michiru Yamane will be at a videogame music concert in Monterrey, Mexico, the next November 8th :o.

Here is the link (in spanish), and the Twitter account from the concert:

I lived in Monterrey for 15 years, and now I live in another place (in Mexico, too), so I feel really happy that Michiru Yamane will be in my country  :D (I really don´t know if she come to Mexico before)... but I feel so sad too, that now that I don´t live in Monterrey anymore, she will be at a videogame concert :(.

EDIT: Do this deserves a new thread???
