I've been playing some Lament Of Innocence, before I'm going out, and I'm planing on doing Castlevania 1 run before I go to sleep!
So what about you guys & girls? :)
-
Im not playing any game because Im watching uzo's stream on twitch, but I would be playing HoD I think.
-
I play new Castlevania games very slowly. Haven't beaten Lords of Shadow 2 yet and have been playing a little bit more recently for Halloween each night. Just beat the Toy Maker last night. Am about to see what comes next tonight.
-
I played a bit of LoI as Pumpkin (got the idea from someone else on here I think), watched a bit of uzo's stream on twitch...and probably gonna head to bed soon. :-/ #life-of-an-old-person right? ;-P
-
Glad I'm not the only one playing some CV tonight! :) I'm getting ready for a CV1 run..
-
I played SCIV yesterday.

Docta old friend!
I've been actually playing the SNES Dracula X lately. Tis quite underrated.

Docta old friend? xD

Oh damn! Last saturday I was on a streak! Just finished CVIII for a friend (helping him on a route), then I was like.... hey I can play a bit more! And finished SCV IV, Bloodlines and DracX snes!!! All of them running Retroarch emulation on Wii + classic controller. Death took like 18 tries on CVIII haha I just forgot its pattern and was trying to be cocky and beat her with the Axe only, and in DracX klike 10 turns. But I didnt care, I wasnt speed running, just enjoying the games.
I didnt streamet or recorder but may do so soon! And maybe I could start a weekly thing on that! And I may go with the 3 gameboy titles as well.
Some pics taken on the runs in some fav moments:

My man! :)
I actually downloaded that recently with the intention of playing through it again. I should get on that.

Yep! Pisces and I have actually hung out in real life, but it's been awhile!
-
Wow cool, so pisces wasn't so out of contact with us as I thought :P
-
We actually hung out sometime around when the last beta was released for Bloodletting in 2009. He came to one of my bands shows. Docta is the man.
-
Did Bloodletting ever get finished? I lost track.
-
Not really. The game was complete in terms of all the levels. I was squashing bugs and had a complete PC meltdown, my hard drive bit the dust, my motherboard fried. So I never got past the 1.3 beta. But the full game was there, just not without all bugs unfortunately.

Castlevania Chronicles is like my "daily job" and I never get bored of it. The Japanese PSN version (February 12, 2014 launched) is slightly modified from the original JP version, the Medusa boss invulnerable time changes are interesting for me and I doubt maybe the unforgiving IGA alike did these.

I'd been playing a lot Lament of Innocence lately but now I'm getting started on a Legacy of Darkness kick. Some time in the near future I'm gonna replay Circle of the Moon again. Only thing I don't like about that game is how user-unfriendly the card system is. Can't play it without some sort of reference chart.

Harmony of Dissonance on my Wii U, CV III on my 3ds.

I started a game of LoI and I'm in the Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab right now. Love that game even though it get tedious at times.
I also am part way through a Cv64 run too. Amazing games the 64 ones are. :)
-
The N64 games are not without their issues. But I feel they are truly underrated and people won't try to look past the flaws to see the greatness of them.

Yes, I agree. Both games have too much potential. I would like to see remakes for those games :)... Just fix the camera, please :P.
