Hello there! Today i was wandering and i find two new fangames created with the same engine of that Vampire Blaze game.
The first one is an contribuition of various Pixiv members. Its called PIXIVania and have many playable characters, as well an weapon upgrade system much like that Gradius games.

The other is an sequel of the Vampire blaze fangame, but is much like a fusion of Simon's quest and Getsufuuma den (both from NES). Can be dowloaded here:

Ugh :P Had to wrestle with that page just to find the download. finally succeeded though. do you know where I can find a downloadable Vampire Blaze 2? I've already got the first one earlier, and now third game. I've checked around the net but the searches lead me to pages that has nothing to do with the game in question.

I will try and bring it to you later. That vampireblaze1 have an buyable expansion, which add six more Stages, as well more musics. Im searching this thing too.

I just received a real kick in the pants. I'm unable to play the first game :-\ Then i tried the third game and it won't let me get passed the menu selection >:(
now i'm worried about what the second game will do to me :'(

Just install the japanese language files, in that regional and no- unicode menu of control panel.
