Its probably cuz they are detailed instead of a loincloth and t shirt. Though, I thought and still think Trevor looked badass in his CV3 Intro, throwing his cloak back.

EDIT: Ooooh, his animated movie looks pretty cool too.

Anyway, fave Belmont get up. Hrmm....... Well, I'd have to go with Simon's from Super Castlevania IV. One look at the dude and you just knew he WAS going to dust Dracula's ass yet again. You knew this. Anyway, least favorite threads (Worst Dressed more specifically) definitely has to be Richter. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I nearly burst into tears when I sat down to play Dracula X on the SNES and saw they had made Ryu from Street Fighter into a Belmont, replete with a modified gi, tracking boots and classic white headband. Never been that big of an Ayami Kojima enthusiast, but at the very least she has saved this poor boy aesthetically. - Twice!
