So, here it is! Kudos to Necklace of J, Beingthehero, and Mr. P's Castlevania Realm for helping me put this together. With 51 tracks total, this is, as far as I know, the penultimate Symphony of the Night soundtrack. Featuring:
- All songs from the PS1 version.
- All new songs from the Saturn version. Extended Saturn tracks take the place of shorter PS1 tracks. Ex: "Dracula's Castle".
- All new songs featured in the PSP port.
- "Admiration of a Clan", featured as the credits theme for the 360 port.
- An "I Am the Wind" instrumental track.
- Unused/bonus tracks.
- I've changed some of the titles a bit. Ex: "Metamorphosis 1" is now "The First Metamorphosis". I think it sounds better. You could always change it back if you want. :P
If anything is missing or incorrect, tell me and I'll add it! Or you could add it yourself. :)
This is a pretty sweet resource for the community, and I think it should be readily available. Symphony is a legendary game, and while it may not be your favorite personally, most would agree that it undoubtedly has a legacy that no other entry in the series can hold a candle to can whip a candelabra to.
One thing to note, though: MediaFire hates me. I don't know of a way to upload the file without losing the track number and artist. I'm really sorry, guys. If anyone has a solution to this, please try and upload a fix. :/
With all that said, here it is! Enjoy, everybody. ;D

Sorry if it's an idiot question: What are the unused tracks? Can't recall any...
thanks

Nah, it's cool man. :D
"Silence", "Beginning Reprise", and "Unknown Track" all went unused. Hell, "Unknown Track" doesn't even have a name. "Dracula's Castle Remix" was never used in-game. There's an instrumental "I Am The Wind" track that I'd uncovered, but I'm not sure if that ever appeared in-game in any way, either. :P

Is the tune quality of the SS version better then the PSX version? Mind you this is putting aside the lengthened bits.

By ear, I didn't notice a difference. However, someone well-versed in the specifics of audio file quality might find a difference. I wouldn't know. :/

By default, the answer to this is YES.
The Sega Saturn used PCM tracks with proper track loops (similar to the later port of "Castlevania Chronicles" does with its remixes).
The quality of PCM tracks has, in my experience, always been at a higher-quality encoding than XA Audio tracks, which is what PSX SotN uses.
So, all things being equal, the Saturn would have the higher-quality versions...
...however, I do not know whether KCEN downgraded the sound (I don't see why they would, given that they had access to the resource materials so they should have had access to the uncompressed versions of the songs, a fact bolstered by the inclusion of the proper loops in "Dracula's Castle" et. al) or did some tweaking to the encoding prior to placing it on the Sega Saturn disc.
Note: You should add this to the Castlevania Sound Request & Showcase (http://castlevaniadungeon.net/forums/index.php/topic,4144.0.html) thread in Fan Stuff. It's where we link up all of our Castlevania stuff (music, sfx, files, etc.).
Note2: Do you know if the Sega Saturn had an arranged version of the Unused Track? I know the PSX version's can be actually heard through the PSF plugin for Winamp if one has the file, but prior to that, I had made this version.
