meh....... It looked... not so interesting. I only reallyliked VP Lenneth/1 2 had great game play but the story/ies was POS. Oh, and 2 also had good Hrist parts.

This ds one? looks like its part of the story. Can't tell where in the story it falls in though,

That's approaching rapidly.
Well I'm not a 'real' fan.  I don't own the game mainly 'cuz it's difficult to find and I'm too lazy to use eBay (and no I don't wanna use the PSP version 'cuz the loading times have destroyed the game for me), but I love the spritework and Motoi Sakuraba's music.

I play the OST all the time, heh.

The PSP version doens't have horrible loading imo. It's alright. The new videos more than make up for any extra loading imo. The false wide screen made one little part extremely annoying though. (if you played it and went to the Egyptian Pyramid dungeon, you probably know what I'm talking about)

I'm conflicted.  On one hand I love the Valkyrie Profile series/universe, on the other hand, I'm not sure if the battle system will appeal to me.  I guess there's always renting it and giving it a test drive.  Those screens do somewhat remind me of FFT, which is good.
