Red Ash failed to reach its Kickstarter target by a whopping $300,000. However, they're still moving ahead with it and it's even getting a prequel game titled "The KalKanon Incident". But they're still moving on with it.
Meanwhile, Mighty No. 9 still isn't out. Thoughts?

Again, Inafune's fumbling pretty hard by not taking this one step at a time. Had he waited until MN9 was launched, if it were solid enough he would've had a solid foundation to work with instead of everything standing on shaky ground like things are right now.

Inafune is expanding too much, too quickly.
He should have waited till MN9 was out.
If he wasnt, he should also have not launched TWO simultaneous kickstarters.
Im betting if it was just the game KS it would have at least made bank.
I mean the anime one got funded, though granted, it cost FAR less- but that 1.6K, could have easily gone towards the KS.
But again, he should have waited till MN9 was out.
or, he should have just opened with Not-Legends, instead of MN9.
He's really fumbling it up with his PR and goals right now...

I have no idea because I just have interest in something I can actually get, in first or second time
For the plans of Inafune, I only feel that there's something goes wrong or other stuff; The seemingly "unlimited" plans or delays would waste the degree of enthusiasm of people

I'm glad it failed. MN9 production needs to stop. Inafune needs to stop. He's an old man who can't let go of the past, and he's making MegaMan look worse by the minute. His games are like bad chinese knockoffs. A modern day Krion Konquest.

Maybe Inafune's in mental competition mode after seeing just how much KS money IGA has received for his one game alone. At least IGA's being smart about what he's doing and not spreading himself thin until he has established himself once more.

Figured the KS would fail what with it coming right off of three other big video game KS campaigns—Yooka-Laylee, Bloodstained, and Shenmue III; there isn't an endless supply of fan money. That and the fact nobody's played MN9, there's no knowing if another game by comcept would be all that good. Take it slowly, one step at a time; Inafune's stretching the Beck universe too wide right now with two different anime series, two video games, and more—and we have yet to actually see or play any of it; it hasn't been tried-and-tested. All because the MN9 KS was a big success, it's gotten to Inafune's head. I'm starting to wonder if Capcom scrapped all those Mega Man games due to poor management on Inafune's part, not just because they're dicks.

Hey now, Krion Conquest/Magical Doropie is a very solid game, no need to include it when you're talking about bad Chinese knockoffs.
