Title: MGS 4 Preorder

Well, if you preordered Metal Gear Solid 4 you should have gotten the Beta Code for MGO, but more importantly the preorder bonus Disc Metal Gear Saga Vol. 2. It's all about the Snake's: Big Boss, Solid, Liquid and Solidus. It's good stuff. Plus, there's a sweet timeline at the end starting from 193X when the last Philosopher dies to the start of MGS4. My favorite event in there:
1961: Pres. Kennedy falls into disfavor with the Patriots.

Also, Gamestop is taking preorders on the Limited edition of MGS4, with 2 documentaries, an artbook and some other goodies.
I'm sooo excited!

Limited Edition is also gonna come with full Imported Soundtrack and will cost $25 more than the regular edition.

I already pre-ordered mine, but they ran out of beta codes.
BUT!
Some wonderful people, created a tutorial on HOW TO REGISTER in konami JP, and get your beta code (which I already have)
and you just have to wait for the beta version to be available for download!

I got it. Didn't pre-order the limited edition, though. I won't pay $85 for any game other than Castlevania.

I was very surprised to see that they added 9/11 into the timeline.

Did you guys preorder the game online?  I did, but there was no mention of the beta nor the dvd

Should I cancel it and order it locally?

I'd happily pay extra for any Castlevania, Metal Gear or Metroid games. Also, if they remade Secret of Mana or released Seiken Densetsu 3
