Hello, i was away so im back again on Castlevania NES remake.
Im working with BOR engine, i haved some troubles in Game Maker, so BOR seems to me much easyer.

I would suggest bring the further trees in the background down a tad for your parellex otherwise, looking nice. Watch the color variation of the drawbridge to everything else!

I would make the screen resolution higher. Something like 320x240 at least.

I did the concept.. this is not the final version of level1 ill change some stuff later probably, there is still lots of work to do.

its 320x240 i only cut the lifebar with hypercam

Hey Zox i seen your video,Very nicely done! Defintely diggin' the conceptual art of Simon as well as that Castle. Very Cool!Also nice use of staggered trees My apologies with the engine issues, and yeah we've been stacked with other stuff, again apolgies.

we are working on lifebars, hearts are a little harder to do in BOR, but i think we will fix that.

Didn't know you were using the Beats of Rage Engine to make this in?

I tried to work with the BoR engine once. Sadly I never found any instructions that told me how to access the engine itself so that I could work with it. Not even on the main site.
