Looks like their slasher backer is almost up, so whatever funds they have go towards the game content goals achieved.
It's looking really great, and with a player as Jason, that's going to make things a lot more open and unpredictable than a campaign mode. Though after launch they should use the sales to add single player version of multiplayer as expansion, so people can play with 7 a.i. with all the multiplayer features and content.

It's really awesome how Friday the 13th went from a open world 8 bit game to a more immersive realistic open survival horror 7v1 game. It's nice how they even are having a wide variety of playable counselors, and the first time an official F13th game has Jason playable also.
NES F13th has 6 playables. modern F13th is said to have about 10 playables planned for launch and maybe more (and with extra clothes to wear, perhaps as extra unlockables. )

The gameplay is looking really great, along with hardcore elements like the fear system and stamina system (and seems to be more realistic stamina, not like survival mmo where despite stamina system you can still sprint for hours, lol).
