Digital Foundry and John Linneman have just covered the Saturn port for Symphony of the Night in their new weekly DF Retro series.
Like their previous videos, it's an interesting tech look into unique console ports of renowned games—although they did cover Shenmue, implying the series will go beyond ports and focus on retro gaming analyses in general. Worth the 16 minutes for a fun insight into how the Saturn port performs and stacks up next to the PlayStation original.
