Title: Black Borders on DX Chronicles

NoOneee made a hack of Dracula X Chronicles that changes the first border for the emulated games to a completely black one. No more distracting border. Would be good if someone did a full screen hack instead, but this'll do for now.

I thought there was already a black border option. I'll have to check it out to remember.
