A while ago, some of us on here were discussing a SotN fanfic taht afew of us remembered, but couldn't remember the name of. We thougt it lost. We remembered Alucard and Maria taking a trip, Al getting injured and sewn up badly, and them going to an inn in which Maria messed with Al's hair.
Well, I think that I mght have found it! I'd sworn it was a different fic, but after re-reading it again, I think that the fic in question was Chameleon2's Fighting Evil: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/297175/1/Fighting-Evil (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/297175/1/Fighting-Evil) . It has two sequels, one complete, one that was left incomplete.
I'm posting this here in a new thread as I really cannot remember what thread we were discussing this in.

You're welcome! :) I'm not sure why I had thought it was in a different fic, especially when I've re-read this series of fics a few times (and was always sad that the third story, Lysander Arc, was left unfinished).
