It will make no sense whatsoever if you don't read the first chapter (the creation of Omega Rondo Maria) but there you go. I don't think I'm going to make an MS Paint doodle for her design. She's basically just Base Charlotte with Emperor Lelouch shenanigans.

I've always kind of associated with Skuld (we both have a CompSci background) but I'm curious about your analysis.
